Responsibilities
- Analyze transactional data to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
- Create automated reporting pipelines using Python and SQL
- Present insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data storytelling
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with financial services background
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level experience
