Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop compelling, interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to drive real-time decision-making for leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards, documentation protocols, and security best practices.
- Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior, providing a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, window functions), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Azure).
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and innovate solutions to complex analytical problems.
