Your Mission
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our data and our decision-makers. You will be responsible for uncovering trends, identifying risks, and providing clear visualizations that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract and process large datasets from various sources (SQL, APIs, spreadsheets) to ensure high data quality.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to forecast trends, segment customer data, and support strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership and non-technical teams in a clear, compelling narrative.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting workflows and propose automated solutions using Python or SQL scripts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to define metrics and success criteria.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Experience with ETL processes is a plus.
- Visualization: Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex data stories to diverse audiences.
