Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data models that support business objectives.
- Advanced Analytics: Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement using Python and R.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to provide real-time visibility into business performance.
- SQL & Data Engineering: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (SQL Server, AWS, Snowflake).
- Reporting & Storytelling: Present analytical findings and insights to executive leadership and stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations.
- Quality Assurance: Establish data governance protocols and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all company data assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and predictive analytics methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
