Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Develop and maintain automated reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and optimize database structures for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive logical, data-driven conclusions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value for executives and clients.
