Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Database Management: Query large datasets using SQL and Python to extract relevant information and ensure data accuracy.
- Strategic Reporting: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for executive stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-friendly language.
- Process Optimization: Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Data Governance: Implement best practices for data quality and integrity across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of driving business impact.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Programming: Strong coding skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive meaningful conclusions.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies is a plus.
