Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL and Python scripts.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex datasets.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business strategy.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
- Maintain and optimize existing data pipelines and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with ETL processes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
