Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & ETL: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Business Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that highlight performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
