Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to identify data-driven business solutions.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to automate reporting processes and improve data retrieval speed.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all databases and reporting tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, database management) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
