Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Mining: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that provide deep insights into business performance, forecasting future trends.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and internal reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis.
- Visualization: Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
