Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Design and implement data models to support predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Lead data-driven projects that improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or AWS Data Analytics is highly desirable
