Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts and develop best practices for data governance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in data analysis with 2+ years in remote/async environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex data visualization projects
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or AWS Data Analytics
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
