Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence business strategies.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear, business-friendly language.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection processes and improve overall data quality across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing), Python or R, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose effective solutions.
