Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and data modeling to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to obtain a work authorization in the USA.
