Responsibilities
- Perform Deep-Dive Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Reporting: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases and automate reporting processes.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods and mathematical models to predict market trends and customer behavior.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate data findings into clear, concise recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection and propose solutions to enhance data integrity and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (Advanced functions).
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and think critically.
