Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs and track performance metrics.
- SQL & Query Optimization: Write efficient SQL queries, optimize database performance, and perform complex joins and aggregations.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) with the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures.
- Visualization: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
