Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Collection: Design and execute comprehensive data collection strategies to gather high-quality, relevant data from diverse internal and external sources.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex data modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards and static reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing data workflows and implement automated solutions to enhance data accuracy and reduce manual processing time.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering, and operations teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success against business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related data role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for executive leadership.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and willing to work within the New York or California time zones.
