Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop complex data models and dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, actionable format.
- Optimize data collection procedures to ensure high-quality data ingestion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
