Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes during night shift monitoring cycles.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and ETL scripts to improve data retrieval speed and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and adapt to a night shift schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
