Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis to identify trends, forecast business metrics, and uncover actionable insights.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize KPIs for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data pipelines.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns.
- Identify data quality issues and implement robust data governance practices to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences through clear reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience creating visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with cloud data warehousing (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on business storytelling.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
