Responsibilities
- Data Management & ETL: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, translating technical analysis into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and support the development of data-driven features.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve data governance frameworks across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Solid experience creating data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift) and version control (Git) is a plus.
