Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and database models to support business intelligence reporting.
- Visualize data using Tableau or PowerBI to create interactive dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify data requirements and solve complex analytical problems.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear storytelling and visualizations.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to executive leadership.
