Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support high-level business planning.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to define metrics, track campaign performance, and optimize user engagement.
- Document data processes, create technical specifications, and ensure robust data governance standards are met across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar quantitative role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures, and window functions).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
