Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to support reporting and ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and metrics.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, persuasive format.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Experience working in a remote-first or hybrid work environment.
