Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights and comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform complex data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
