Responsibilities
- Drive Data Strategy: Design and implement complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives and improve data accessibility.
- Visual Storytelling: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform product development decisions.
- Clean Data Operations: Scrub and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity across the database.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to identify data needs and deliver tailored reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python/R for scripting, and Tableau or PowerBI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into non-technical, business-friendly insights.
- Remote Work: Proven track record of working effectively in a distributed, remote-first environment.
