Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and clean large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and identify business opportunities.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
- A/B Testing: Collaborate with the product team to design experiments and analyze results to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced querying) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Expert-level experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
