In this role, you'll leverage advanced analytical techniques to uncover hidden trends, build predictive models, and present complex findings to executive stakeholders. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and fuel data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines using ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Develop statistical models to forecast business metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
