Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Produce regular performance reports for executive leadership and present findings in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures) and Python/R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.
