Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define questions, find data sources, and build models.
- Perform complex SQL queries and Python scripting to extract and manipulate data.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data stories.
- Identify and mitigate data quality issues to ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
