Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis and A/B testing to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Philadelphia and New York to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Identify data anomalies and recommend solutions to improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the finance or technology sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
