Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Transform raw, unstructured data into clear, visually compelling reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify anomalies, market trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing, validation, and code review processes.
- Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders in a concise, persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures, Complex Joins) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA/Macros, and financial modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
