Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Detroit and remote Virginia offices to solve business problems.
- Conduct statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal data governance policies.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to adapt to different working environments, including weekend shifts if required.
