Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Build and optimize SQL queries and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Create automated reporting frameworks to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product development and marketing campaigns.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or finance sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
