Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform advanced SQL queries, data mining, and statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create comprehensive reporting packages for executive leadership, translating technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and automate manual reporting workflows to increase team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and strong coding skills in Python or R.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is required.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, regression analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
