Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business performance
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Lead ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and solve business challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 2+ years in remote work
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
