Responsibilities
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines for 10M+ daily transactions
- Create executive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI driving $2M+ decisions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization
- Develop predictive models for customer churn (85% accuracy target)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs
- Present findings to C-suite stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Statistics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in analytics with SQL/Python expertise
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification required
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex data projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical modeling background
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
