Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop reporting frameworks
- Implement A/B testing and experimental design to optimize business outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
