Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets to support business strategy.
- Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau or Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Build and optimize data models and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Statistical Reporting: Perform statistical analysis and create comprehensive reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and improve data collection processes for greater efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (strong querying skills), Python, and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
