Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for product optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual storytelling and narrative reports
- Maintain data integrity through automated validation pipelines and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, and time series analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI (required)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
