Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive strategic business decisions
- Create interactive dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Develop automated reporting pipelines for real-time analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (Snowflake, Google Analytics)
- mentor junior analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (5+ years experience accepted in lieu)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex analytical projects
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights
- Experience working with Hawaii-specific datasets preferred
