Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Implement data quality frameworks and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and experimental design to optimize business outcomes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with demonstrable impact in business environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis packages
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Domo) with portfolio of complex dashboards
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hive)
- Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications (e.g., AWS Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop Specialist) highly valued
