Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data pipelines using SQL and Python to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and optimize business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with A/B testing experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
