Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL processes to transform complex datasets into clean analytics-ready formats
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and identify emerging trends
- Conduct statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns and provide actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver custom analytics solutions
- Automate reporting workflows to ensure timely delivery of executive performance metrics
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven impact in B2B environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical background with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Tableau, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or equivalent preferred
