Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive data dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis using SQL and Python to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to gather requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and accuracy through rigorous cleaning, validation, and preprocessing of datasets.
- Present complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to influence strategic decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to support product feature launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
