Responsibilities
- Data Acquisition & Cleaning: Gather, cleanse, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries for leadership, translating technical findings into business value.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
