Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct advanced statistical modeling and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring 99.9% data accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts through our peer-review process
- Present findings to C-suite executives with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years analyzing large datasets in e-commerce or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Redshift)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- CISSP or CDA certification a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ end-to-end analytics projects
