Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
- Design and deploy interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data governance and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Excellent understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and data mining techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
