Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing robust data cleaning and validation processes.
- Create and present data-driven reports and presentations to executive leadership to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the Michigan or Great Lakes region.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying and database management.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
