The Role:
We are looking for an analytical rockstar to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable business intelligence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
